Yeah it's stopped now it comes & go especially after I finishedddrinking alchol the next day

I think I know what your talking about I sometimes get weird feelings from just moving my arm or body it's very disturbing I have felt it with head movement also. I think as anxious people we are just very sensitized to everything.
