All your numbers are great .... I get palpations time to time . My symptoms go off the charts . I’ve had every symptom you can name or think of . Try not to worry
If you are worried about having heart disease have you tried a “Symptom Checker”? Mayo Clinic (mayoclinic.org) has a decent one (completely free). Just scroll underneath “Find Diseases & Conditions” in Patient Education. After you check off your symptoms it will give you possible causes from most likely to least likely. You will be able to see how anxiety is ranked high or low. This site has articles on each cause they list.
You will have to give their Symptom Checker more symptoms than you have listed here, that is why I think you will benefit you. As I can only guess with the more limited information you have furnished here what is bothering you. I hope you are feeling better soon.

If so, researching symptoms and illnesses online will only make you feel worse.
If your numbers are good and 30 ecg,s are normal, your heart is fine.

You need to seek treatment for your underlying cause of the anxiety, and methods to treat the symptoms. Might be coping skills or medications, or a combo of both.
If you get your anxiety under control, your health symptoms will get better.

Treated my underlying anxiety and depression and all those symptoms disappeared.
Minus the occasional PVC, which is a benign heart rhythm that can cause the heart fluttering. It's very occas6and not bothersome at all.
