I cant understand this

I felt my body and head go numb so I googled this. It showed results of derealization and depersonalization. I didn't suffer from the symptoms it said. I didn't ever feel like I was watching my life as a movie but more like I am doing everything and I am aware of it but I feel like a parasite in my body. Who's on auto. Doing everything but devoid of feelings. Can someone help me to understand what I have and how to cure it? Also I get disoriented sometimes and I suffer feom anxiety.
