I've had a bad night I can't stop feeling Anxious my hearts going quick I feel I can't breath properly. I feel restless and really tired as I've not sleped properly for weeks :(. I feel ill but I've had blood tests wee tests ect I don't know what's causing this anxiety nany tips? I've reached my end with it all x

Only just come on and seen this. I have been where you are. When you're having the attack try to breath through your nose and out of your mouth. I find I got through them by someone talking to me calmly and chatting about random stuff which calms you down and the attack eases as your taking your mind off it. Is there anyone you could talk to when your having the attacks? My doctor ended up giving me sleeping tablets as no sleep doesnt help anxiety either. I hope your ok
