A darling family member has kidney stones currently. They are trying different remedies since they believe their recent diet may have contributed. So apparently too much calcium in nut milk and a keto diet can be contributors. So they told me that and are trying homeopathic remedies. I love them. I don’t know how to help other than try to keep going at the moment. Just wanted to post. I’m okay.

Hope they feel better soon. There’s a couple good prescription meds if they’re open to ask doctor. They break the stones down so they pass easily or don’t cause more issues. Had a couple close relatives deal with it.
