nausea every day on and off

does anyone else struggle with or have struggled in the past with nausea and managed to overcome it? If so what helped? I’ve gotten labs done, blood drawn, all the tests to make sure it wasn’t a health issue until my dr finally gave up and said it has to be associated with my anxiety. I wake up nauseous and sometimes during the day I’ll throw up if not I’ll at least gag. The only thing that helps is mint gum nothing else. Zofran doesn’t work either. I’ve had anxiety since I was 14 and I’m 26 now but This has never been a symptom of my anxiety until 2023 when I went on an out of country trip. I woke up that morning with terrible anxiety and nausea and it hasn’t gone away since. Please help. I don’t know how much longer I can do this.

Use to have nausea every day went to a chiropractor who adjusted my c1 and c2 seems they were out of alignment and pinching vegus nerves because I sleep on my stomach. This stopped the nausea for the most part.
