Yes I do and always have. Mine is worse in the mornings.

Yes it's rubbish. End up retching in the mornings.

I try to eat small amounts of food more often, just some crackers or a banana or toast. Doing things helps me, a walk or small household task, anything that stops me being in my head. Most days I feel better in the evening and then try to eat more. Hope it eases soon.

I’m never actually sick. Just feel it if that makes sense, then I make myself feel sicker by worrying about it

Yeah I’ve been trying to eat smaller meals and more often. Some days I’m ok and then it seems to creep back up for a couple of days

Yes I'm completely the same. I think it's sort of normal. We couldn't be living in a more anxiety inducing time either!

True! This year has just been a strange one

Anxiety can play havoc with all parts of the digestive tract. Drinking plenty of plain water may help.

Have you tried avoiding gaseous and acidic foods for a while ?

When you get a bad attack of nausea you could try sipping warm water with a little bicarbonate of soda. About quarter of a teaspoon (level) to half cup of water. Try walking around too. If it eases a little then sit down, upright, & drink plain, cold water.

Gently rubbing the abdomen may help.

Anxiety can cause spasm in the intestines and trapped air can occur. Once this is moved (one way or the other!!) the nausea should settle.
