Does anyone ever get nauseous for no reason? Like I was nauseous this morning it went away and now it came back I also have dry mouth. No chest pain or anything else, just nausea and dry mouth. Does anyone else ever feel this way? Is it anxiety or stress?

Probably anxiety. That's how my anxiety affects me. Nauseous and dry mouth.
Yes nauseous is a typical symptom I take Dramamine and it goes away
It could be anything. Maybe see your doctor and get some blood work done. I was nauseous and dizzy for two months so I saw an ear, nose and Throat Doctor and I have an inner ear imbalance. Anxiety could be playing a roll but definitely see a doctor Incase it’s medical.
Yes!! Like almost everyday. Surprisingly not today though. I always forget to bring this up to my doctor. Not sure what it could be.☹️
I get serious dry mouth and take water with me everywhere. For me it could be a side effect of my meds.
I dont take meds. But I really think it's my anxiety. I have not worked for a whole week and now I go back on Monday and I'm thinking the thought of that is making me sick.
When you are anxious, do you breathe faster? That could cause dry mouth. Slow your breathing and concentrate. Slow breaths in through your nose and out through your mouth.
Good morning! I just read your post about nausea. That has been one of my biggest symptoms since I started having anxiety and panic. It is unreal how many symptoms our anxiety can cause. I have had it daily for 3 years. I take Dramamine everyday. Are you on any medications for your anxiety? I will be praying for you to get better. As I have said before, I would not wish this on my worst enemy.
Thank you. I love when people tell me they will pray for me. Makes me so happy inside. But no I don't take medication. I've tried many of them and they have given me bad side affects. So your nausea does it come in go thru out the day? Or your like that all day?
I usually wake up with it every morning. I will take a Dramamine and it will get better but will return on and off all day. My therapist said it is a very common symptom of anxiety and panic disorder. It is really awful just how many ways anxiety can affect us. Remember, you are not alone and I will continue to pray for you.
Yes anxiety is awful. At times I'm crying because I don't know what it is, then I collect myself and I remind myself that I'm ok it's just anxiety.
I think it could be your anxiety, they sell something for dry mouth, don't know if it works or not, maybe give it a try. Love, peace, light, joy & hugs!
