Phone rings 8:25 and someone says I have a dental appointment at 8:30. I fly into my clothes and get to the driveway and decide to reschedule. I check my phone as I knew I put that appointment in my reminders. Nothing today except a blood draw. I call back and it's the vet???? I am lost. I call my dentist and get voicemail. I call the vet again and ask them if they called me. Yes. Okay, I got the dog in on an earlier date. I hung up and the phone called my ex. I quickly hang up. I go back inside and find the dental appointment in my phone. Ring... it's my ex. Oh boy I tell him hello and and explain the phone call. He wants to talk. He broke up with the woman he dumped me for and starts to tell me about it...I can't ...

I have a severe memory issues - 3 concussions from people slamming into me in traffic. And, 21 rounds of ECT. I call my mom. She is running out the door to go see my brother for the weekend. I forgot and she told me this several times this week. I am glad it's Friday.

I am stressed and am trying to calm down as I have to go to work soon. I want to vomit.

While I was at work my doctor's office called and moved appointment to a later date. I am sick, we don't know why yet. I am a bit bummed. I made it through my job and now I can take my anxiety meds. I don't handle stressors very well. I love the weekends so I don't have to leave my house..... Or my bed really.

What a rough morning for you! I would be stressed too. If it were me, I would be taking a moment of self-care right now to try and pull myself back together. I hope you are able to make everything work out for you!

Thank you. I am calm now and watching TV. Every once in awhile I get up and clean something.
