positive affirmations will get you far. Once you convince your brain that you are
stronger than anxiety, you will no longer fear "Fear". xx
I will say, I am very glad to have joined this community. Its nice having people who understand you (I wish none of us had to understand one another in this aspect! But, we do and at least we don't have to do it alone.). Everyone seems very loving and caring.
