My Anxiety has been on a high since I received a letter (mid February) that I have been added to the shielding list because of my Mosaicism. It has made me really anxious which is not good for my fibroids, when I go on a high I get great pain in my abdomen.
I try to calm down but it is hard.
I just hope that they haven't forgotten me and will send me an appointment for my Covid vaccination, I think this every day. I don't know whether or not to bring this up with my doctor.
You might want to focus on your surroundings. That is where you find something to focus on and study it or the details of it. You may decide why did they made it that way and how you would have made it. What would you do different? While you are doing that try to slow down your breathing, gradually. Yes, you need to tell the doctor, he/she may have other suggestions for you. Everyone is different.
I will definitely speak to a doctor and find out where I am on the list.

Your anxiety is understandable so it might be a good idea to speak to your Dr and maybe get an idea of when you might be in line for the vaccine 💛

I grabbed the bull by the horns and phoned my doctor the receptionist was helpful as she told me who to contact. So hopefully I will get results. I'm feeling slightly calmer now. xx
