A New Beginning....

Hey guys, hope everyone is doing well. Its been awhile since Ive wrote a post and while I was away I was falling into despair and reeling from the noises that sent my anxiety through the roof. My condition got so bad I isolated myself from everyone and just beat myself up until I cried myself to sleep. It was horrible and I felt I couldn't encourage anyone else while I was in my misery. One day I finally got the strength to believe in myself and do something about it. And just last week I was approved for a house and Iam moving on the 1st; away from the dreaded noises, away from an apartment that sucked the life out of me every time I went there, away from the misery that kept my anxiety levels on 100 everyday. I couldn't be more happier and relieved that I was able to change my situation once I accepted it and realized I had to do something about it. My fight isn't over but I know now that Iam not helpless, not lesser than my problems, not a failure. This is a new beginning for me and whoever reads this just know YOU CAN GET THROUGH THIS!! Iam a witness to it and believe that you can make it out of whatever rut you are in. I hope and pray for everyone to have happiness, peace, love, security, strength and the will to press on. I also want to thank you all for helping me on this journey. You are all kings and queens in my eyes!!

been doing. Now I know, you were busy "going forward". I'm proud of
