I'm new to this and I'm not usually very good at sharing how I feel. I keep it locked inside for fear that others will see me having an attack and assume I'm crazy. I suffer from anxiety and depression and have for years. I've only just recently been able to give them the names. Before I would just say I was nervous or lazy or worried for no reason because no one else feels that way. I'm here to read and understand and relish in the fact that I am not crazy and I am not alone in how I feel. There are others out there just like me who get it when no one in my life does.

Welcome to this forum. I would guess just about everyone here can relate to what you are saying. Im pretty new here too. It is comforting to find support here and also read others posts who are suffering also. And people post ideas and ways to deal with our unwelcome feelings, which is helpful💜
