Nothing works

I've had depression for as long as I can remember, I was on Prozac for about 5 years and recently switched to a combination of Wellbutrin and cymbalta. Therapy doesn't work for me because I feel like there's nothing to say and there's no reason for me feeling so sad and helpless. The whole summer I've been doing neurofeedback and I don't think that is working much for me either. The medicine works to the point that if I don't take it I get really bad, but when I do take it I'm still sad. What do you do when therapy, medication, and neurofeedback don't work?

Hmm have you told your Dr and therapist how you are feeling. I struggle with deep depression and I understand when you feel like nothing works. I noticed you dud state that without your meds you are worse. So your meds must be working. One thing I remind myself is baby steps and slow and steady wins the race. You will get there. Try to find one small progress step each time you feel sad. I know it's hard. Best wishes to you. ❤
