Cymbalta

I’ve been on Cymbalta for 17 years. Any suggestions or experiences are appreciated.

I cannot take pregabalin or gabapentin due to the depressive side effects and Cymbalta causes heart and stomach issues. Thanks for your replies.

I can tell that my mother is quite short-termpered and inpatient, and she tried to control that with Cymbalta, but then it worsened her RLS. She is now on vortioxetine, but it seems to cause RLS more frequently, as she increased the dose as recommended by her neurologist.

I think you should try amitriptyline and Cymbalta helps me ....90 mg Cymbalta and 25 mg amitriptyline.I also take tylex and Brufen at bad times. Very best of luck and good health Seastreak

These are Gabapentin, Ambien, Cymbalta, and Levodopa/Carbidopa. Also, one article mentions Rotigotine Transdermal Patch, Burosumab-twza Injection, and Ropinirole. [u]Not knowing what med, or if they change it at all, would be best.

And yes, I’m on Cymbalta and get help by talking to a councilor weekly. none of it helps to tolerate this situation. this is not a life. No quality of life. This is worse than cancer. Thank you for reading this. wishing all of you all the best!

He switched my from Horizant to Lyrica (50 mg) and Klondine (2mg) and Cymbalta. I am sleeping now, but a sleep so deep it is hard to wake up. I sleep all night and most of the day. My doctor is trying to get an iron infusion becuase my ferritin is 27.

I was depressed and more lonely than ever, but I never attempted suicide or anything else which further proved to me that it was the Cymbalta. The fathers family began to turn my child against me, and I missed her so much.

I'd like to get your opinion if you have been on something like Cymbalta (Duloxetine) and came off to do more natural methods. I'd like to stop the Cymbalta that I've been using for years to help with the neuropathy in my feet and look at other way to see if I can control it vs using an SNRI.

I finally quit taking Cymbalta. My vision was really starting to suffer. The uncontrollable muscle movements were keeping me up so many nights. For years I was taking it mainly due to the pain relief part. I talked to a Dr. I didn't taper off like planned. I feel so much better.

My kids are home all week for vacation and it was just my sisters birthday (who passed 4 years ago) I forgot to take my cymbalta yesterday, I got very little sleep these last few days.

I’m on 40 mg of Cymbalta and just started taking 10 mgs of Hydroxocine for the anxiety specifically but am not seeing much change. I feel like I don’t know what to do. It’s affecting every part of my life and I just missed a test today due to it.

Cymbalta felt like I was nuts. All the pt and injections did nothing including rf blocks. Now after 7 years the pudendal pain is back. I’m on gabapentin 1800 mg. Some days it seems to help. But I still use 100 mg tramadol on a bad day.

Iv been prescribed Cymbalta for my anxiety and pain from arthritis.Iv read the reviews and now I'm scared to take it. Has anyone got experience of this medication.

He prescribed Cymbalta 30mg....and it has worked to eliminate 5 trips to bathrm at night, I can feel my toes, and I reduced size of pads from a Poise 5 to a Poise 3...... I wanted to share this find with this community in case you have not explored this option.....thanks for listening,

My nephrologist advised I need to change my antidepressant since Cymbalta should not be taken with a function below 30%. Has anyone experienced this and if so, what did you do and what medication did you change to? ANY advice would be help! Thank you!!

Tried everything, pain injections, lyrica, Gabapentin, Duloxetine (Cymbalta). It wasn't until I saw a Urogynecologist Specialist Surgeon, who tested me for nerve damage, it was negative, so he knew my pain was likely a result of the pelvic floor muscles acting on the nerve.

Was on Cymbalta stopped working..doc switched me to paxil...but side effects horrible. I take Xanax sometimes and find it works so much better.. what do u think?

It makes my irregular heart beat go crazy, Cymbalta made me drugged and unable to function all day. I have been on an anti inflammatory diet for months and now and am trying keto. Most of my symptoms have improved a little with diet and supplements but I have a long way to go.
