I have had 3 tramatic events in the last month and I feel all the stress
From these events has made my anxiety sky rocket. First there was a fire in the house. Second, my husband got injured at work and this happened the day after the fire. Third there was a gas leak and the housr almost exploded. This all happened in a span of two weeks. In the past I have had anxiety but I could deal with it. But last week I had a huge anxiety attack. I felt I was dying and worst of all I was driving. Now I feel everytime I drive I will loose my mind. I know it is the fear its self not the driving part but I just dont know what to do. I wish I could just be myself agian.

Remember to take D E E P B R E A T H S , In through your nose for 4 seconds hold for 4 and exhale for 4. You aren't going to lose your mind. Hang in there.
You will be yourself again. Those are really big issues you are dealing with. Give yourself time to calm down a bit. Play some soft music. Find a happy safe place you can go in your mind whether it be a beach, the woods. Its your place and your story in your mind. Kinda like meditating but instead of shutting thoughts out, you're inventing your own scenario. Then when the attacks come you can go back to your happy place to calm down.
wow....understandable why your anxiety was triggered to the max....and anyone would be extremely upset with all this happening....do you have a therapist to talk to about this?
