I have had anxiety for years. Lately it is worse. I cannot go to the doc because it is to stressful. I was on meds for awhile but did not like the feelings it gave me. I need to see the doc but cannot bring myself to go.

I feel you going to the gives me anxiety I go because I need medication try it for 4-6 weeks and it doesn't work and I don't know what to do anymore 😞
