I didn't include the page itself but just what was said. I Love my Mom and I know she would give me the world if she could, but she also suffers from Depression and is just now getting help which I am so proud of her for doing that. But here is what the post said and kind of sums up some of my medical problems.
My daughter is 37 years old and a single mother of 2 son's. She was a hard worker her entire life and took care of her family. Then in Feb of 2014 an unfortunate event happened. My daughter had an emotional break down and her boss told her to make a doctor appointment and sent her home from work. She went to the doctor's and was referred to make an appointment with a therapist and a psychologist at which point once she had seen them she was then diagnosed with PTSD *post traumatic stress disorder* & Sever Anxiety. And told that medication would not help with the PTSD as her issues where to complex and complicated. And she was taken out of work, which turned her world upside down. We only thought it would be for a few weeks or a couple of months at most. She was *and is* going to therapy weekly, also going to the doctors. She was then diagnosed *in the same year 2014* with Fibromyalgia, Arthritis, Asthma, Insomnia, Chronic Pain, & Bursitis in her hips after being diagnosed with the mental illnesses.
She also lost her grandfather in August of 2014 which set her back even more as he was the only father figure she ever had.
She had LTD (long term disability) for mental health for a while and in May of 2016 it stopped. She was trying to appeal for LTD for the physical medical conditions she has, but it was denied in Dec of 2016. So she has had no income since then, and the bills have been pilling up and there is nothing she can do. And now my daughter is in debt and cannot work.
She is waiting on her answer to find out if she is going to get ssi/disability she had a hearing in the begging
of March 2017 so it can take a few months to find out. Unfortunately the rep that was handling my daughters case said he does not think it will be approved. Fingers are still crossed though.
SSI/disability Denied
She does go to therapy weekly and takes her medication daily.
In 2015 she was diagonosed with
* Diabetes type 2, which was not a concern at first as her blood sugars where under control. Then in 2016 her diabetes took a turn for the worst putting her blood sugars sky rocketing and close to the 600 range her last A1C was 12.2. She is now on insulin and pills to try to control her blood sugars and she is working hard to get her diabetes under control. Last A1C was 9.20
This year 2016 she has now been diagonosed with
* NASH - (anxiety liver disease nonalcoholic steatohepatitis) which is not curable.
Things seem to keep getting worse for my daughter, no matter how much she trys to stay positive it seems that something keeps knocks her back down. We all pray that she will get better and will be able to live her life again.
My daughter is a strong independent woman and does not like to ask for help, but I am asking for help for her. I love my daughter with all my heart, she is my only child and I would do anything that I can to help her.
I am asking my family/friends and anyone that can help to donate something to help raise money to get my daughter back on her feet.
