I want to smile and laugh again

I am knew here and I need help with .y Anxiety and depression. I am trying to find help were I live. Please help I want my life to be better and I also want to laugh and smile again.

I understand the feeling. I often watch a lot of comedy and once in awhile it will get a small chuckle out of me. I would recommend trying that to see if it helps.
