Hi wanting to lose weight and get fit again. Had total hysterectomy July 2020, left with major issues - pain in pelvic area and back. Bladder and bowels crapping stabbing pain when filling and emptying.Has anyone else experienced this? Having day surgery in March having needles put into muscles and nerves around the pain site to see if it helps. Pain clinic has put me on high quantities of pain relief which I find has not effect on the pain and a antidepressant . Anybody had a similar experience 18 months down the line?
I want to exercise but very limited. Need to lose 4 stone. All help and motivation accepted.

Hello and welcome to the forum. We hope you will benefit from being a member like so many of us had.
It's frustrating not to be able to do as much exercise as you want, however, our weight has more to do with what we eat (also when we eat and how much). Additionally, there's no chance of running away from the effects all the hormones have on us, especially insulin when it comes down to weight regulation.
