Hi. I've just signed up here after watching Tom Kerridge's new programme last night. I always have a rush of motivation whilst I'm watching these sorts of programmes, and for about 12 hours after, but now I'm here at home whilst hubby is at work and the children are at school, I'm back to snacking mode! Having said that, I haven't snacked yet, but it's all I can think about.
Also, I seriously need to exercise but being at over 20 stone now and feeling every bone / tendon / muscle in my body aching whenever I even just walk around shops, I'm finding it easier not to bother.
I just need a kick up the backside, but whenever my poor husband tries to help or encourage me, I immediately interpret it as nagging and get cross with him so he just keeps quiet on any discussions regarding diet or exercise.
