Hi everyone, so I saw this idea online and I thought it was great! I've put all of the pounds I need to lose in the jar on the left and all of the pounds lost on the right😊 it'll be good to physically be able to see changes to help stay motivated!

You could do it with real pound coins and then spend the money in the jar when you reach your target. ( - :

No problem😊 you can get these jars quite cheaply if you have a look around. And I got the coloured balls as bracelets and just cut them apart lol

I like this idea, I have just reached my goal and I filled up milk bottles with my weight in water 53 lbs that has been very motivational as they are so heavy but now they are outside the back door but at the beginning they were on my work top. I now need motivation to not think oh I'll just have a bit o f whatever as I know it easily goes up a lb. Perhaps I get a jar and when it goes over a lb I put a coin in and have to give it to hubby for wine it has to be something I would be miffed about!! Good luck everyone it is good to feel thin again but really don't want to go back up!

Congratulations on reaching your goal weight😊 you should be very proud! Cus it's so hard. I lost 3 stone a few years ago and I've just put it back on again😕 so time to get my motivation back!

oh no , I really must not do that, have just been trying on all my clothes and nothing fits anywhere near they are16 and 18 and now I need 12 so I am in a quandary as to what to do as a lot have labels on and were expensive, so I need to try and sell them, altering them I think will be difficult and many are so long and out of fashion dresses, trousers might sell. will have to try . good luck this time round x
