I agree with SofaJockey in that you need to have a plan in mind, have a good look at your eating pattern and try to find easy ways to change. Do you know what has caused the gain? Lockdown has been tough on many of us ☹️

As a peer to peer support group we rely totally upon mutual encouragement. Nothing beats joining in, reading posts and replying to others. Our Group Weigh-in and the Daily Diary are probably the best places to start

I think you need to browse some different diets and see what suits your lifestyle/type of foods you like. Because this will be easier if it’s a lifestyle change rather than a quick fix.
You’ve come to the right place! I’m on LCHF the community for that here is excellent. So supportive. You’ll find lots of helpful pinned posts on their home page too. It’s working for me and I felt like you only 5 wks ago. I feel SO much better mentally and physically since drastically reducing carbs and increasing fat. Also lost 11lbs. Good luck.
Like me your weight has crept up slowly so I guess we can't expect it to drop off quickly.
Just by making a commitment to this group is a great start.

Hello yoga babe this site has certainly helped me to get focused. Best thing is do the daily diary and plan ahead what you are going to have. You can log your weight as well so that we can all encourage you and you us. Good luck
