K2 dosage
I take accrete D3 twice daily and have been taking one
Vitamin
K2
(90 ug) per day. Just wondering if this is enough? It says to take 1-2 a day on the box.

Vitamin K2
Trying to find best
vitamin
K2
supplement. I can’t take calcium but lots of dairy and take D3 on its own daily. I take methotrexate, steroids and other meds so I don’t want the strongest K2 but one I can absorb without a problem.

Peripheral neuropathy
Vitamin
K2
as MK7 was also well tolerated by all patients. Thus, it proves that
vitamin
K2
as MK7 offers a confirming therapeutic effect in PN due to VBD or T2DM.

Is vitamin K2 ok with edoxaban?
I'm in the UK I'll keep it brief but I take edoxaban and bisoprolol for afib. I'm aware that historically Warfarin has a question mark over vitamin K1 for various reasons Some people seem to monitor using inr testing but my question is that more modern anti coagulants use a different mechanism of action

Help with dosing up Vit D to fix a deficiency
My question is, my 4000 IU tabs include
vitamin
K2
however I'm finding it difficult to find high doses of
vitamin
D that also contain
K2
. Do I need to purchase K2 separately will i am dosing up? Any clarity would be great!

Advice on Vitamin D, K2 and Folate
What I would like advice on is vitamin D, I have been taking D3 supplements for many years prescribed by my GP but I think I remember seeing on here that if you take
vitamin
D supplements you should also take
vitamin
K2
, is this correct? Should I be taking
vitamin
K2
?

I asked ChatGPT about Fosamax. How does the medication Fosamax fake your DEXA score?
Right now I am just sticking with doing my weight bearing exercises, taking calcium citrate and
vitamin
k2
. My next scan is this August. Hoping there is an improvement. But if there is not, I still am hesitant about starting any medications.

Hi, this is my story
But not all types of
Vitamin
K are equally effective. Studies* have shown that
Vitamin
K2
MK-7 is the most effective. As a result I take this as a supplement as well. I also do bone strengthening exercises. I have no side effects from the medication I take. *https://www.mdpi.com/2578400

Best Vit K2 Supplement UK, Anyone?
Basically, I know that many of you take
Vitamin
K2
, and I will take this too, but I don't want to take a supplement with bulk fillers. Can anyone suggest a really "clean" supplement? Should I take Vit D3 as well, do you think? I really intend to sort this out with diet as well.

Does anyone take
vitamin
K2
supplements? There are claims that it reduces calcium deposits in arteries. If so, would it cause problems for PV patients?

blood tests and vitamins advise, please
I started taking
vitamin
D3 4000,
vitamin
K2
, Selenium: 25mg: 2/day, Zinc: 100 mg: 2/day. I take Mangosteen: 2/day and I just started eating turmeric in almost every meal due to that fact that I was told I have inflammation in my body.
