Tramadol/tramacet

Hi. I've gotten of pexola and circadin(melatonin, which made my rls worst)with many sleepless nights.Thereafter I had surgery and was prescribed tramadol for pain. I noticed my rls was so much better while I was on this.

So I've started taking one tramadol or tramacet at 7pm

Just afraid of going through augmentation again. Could this happen with tramacet?

Another question... somewhere in the posts I found an article that's says a prebiotic, a certain magnesium and vitamin k2 and d3 taken altogether helps.

Has anyone tried this?

Thank you

It can occasionally cause augmentation but I wouldn't worry about it. And if it does it is no where like a DA.

I used tramadol for years without augmentation. I take all the supplements you list. They don't stop my RLS.

I’ve used some low dose Tramadol for a while as it helped me sleep but lately it’s started to cause problems. At least I think it’s the Tramadol basically waking me up instead of helping me sleep. So could be a form of augmentation and I need to come off it.
