High B6 level
I just got a
vitamin
B6
result 4.5X over upper limit. I saw a post on Quora from a Dr stating PV can cause this. I find no supporting reports anywhere. Are there any members with high B6 not on B6 containing supplements ? It supposedly causes neuro troubles.

Vitamin B6 vs B6 as P5P
I am having problems finding a B complex to take. I am trying to find a supplement that only has 10mg of B6, has no iron included in the mix and no Methylfolate (folic is okay). I have one which I started to take which has P5P B6 50mg, but have been advised this is too much and should only contain

Hi, I want to take B6 on its own (not in complex). What dosage (in mg and how often) is recommended to take along with folate and SI B12.

B vits pyridoxal-5-phosphate (vitamin B6)
What B vitamins do people take and what brands have pyridoxal-5-phosphate (
vitamin
B6
) in? What else do people take other than potassium rich diet and B vitamins and what form do you take folic acid in? I've heard it should be folate as folic acid isn't very good? Thanks

Current medication/supplements: pregvit, magnesium glycinate (200mg),
vitamin
B6
, doxylamine-pyriodoxine for nausea (10mg), teva-setraline (25mg) — trying to wean myself off of this as I’ve heard it aggravates RLS.

For People With Parkinson's Taking Levodopa Medication: The Danger of B6 Deficiency Is Dire and Vastly Outweighs the Danger of B6 Excess
Vitamin
B6
is an essential cofactor for over 100 enzymatic reactions. We need abundant B6 to keep what is left of our dopaminergic neurons as healthy as possible, especially since they are already compromised by Parkinson's. Levodopa medication depletes

Duloxetine and/or Pyridoxine
Hello Everyone, I’m on 5th line chemo , so well experienced at this game. It’ll be 9 years this year. I think I know the answer and I’m going to seek advice from my nurse specialist and have an appointment with my consultant soon, but I’d like to know if anyone has experience of either of the above
