Coping with being constantly poorly
Since last October I have been constantly ill with
virus
/colds/chest
infections
/plus a nasty bout of shingles in the head. It seems every three weeks or so I pick something else up! I’m currently recovering from being in bed for three days with yet another virus!

Missed beats
I had a successful ablation over 4 years ago but after several
virus
infections
and a chest infection I have been experiencing missed beats and a more variable heart rate with a higher resting heart rate, also short spells of bigemini.

Shingles jab
I recently had the first shingles jab and will not be having the second. I had the usual flu like symptoms for 3 days but then had 9 days of severe diarrhea. I lost 7lbs but ended up with low potassium. Low potassium can cause arrhythmia so I felt even worse. If you are offered the shingles jab please

Flu jab
Hi, has anyone had any headache related reactions to the flu or pneumonia jabs? I had bad migrane s after the covid jabs, which lasted a long time. I've now been invited for the flu and pneumonia and worried it may do the same. Thanks for any advice.

Has anyone in the UK been diagnosed with HSV-1 Hepatitis? I've had an two week stay in hospital. Diagnosed with Accute Hepatitis. Getting a cold/sore throat just as tapering about to start- would you advise delaying the taper till cold is better?
I’ve now successfully tapered from initial 15mg Pred dose to 12.5mg over 5 weeks using DLady slow taper, then from 12.5 to 10mg, and just about to start next taper from 10mg to 9mg… but woke up yesterday with sore throat and aching lower back that persisted all day. Took Covid test just in case but that

Overcoming Pneumonia Susceptibility
I flunked my first docetaxel infusion in late 2022 and a week later developed pneumonia resulting in me carried by ambulance to the hospital. As I said in my bio, I was told that another six hours without intervention, I would have been lost. I spent four days there with "tank car" loads of vancomycin

exposure to chickenpox during ivf
Hi, I have been exposed to chicken pox a lot whilst taking my buserelin for my down regulation. I have a scan on Friday to check how my down regulation is going. I will inform them of the chicken pox but just wondered if people thought it would impact this cycle. Would I be considered having a weakened

Hello, Hope everyone is ok and enjoying some sunshine. Over in the UK we aren't blessed with too much, but at the moment it is very fine :-) Anyhow, I moved over from Tecfidera to Ksimpta around 4 months ago after a particularly nasty relapse last year, and wondered if anyone else has done the same

Chronic Fatigue and PAF
I have been diagnosed with Paroxysmal Atrial Fibrillation and suffer from chronic fatigue. I know that fatigue is a symptom of PAF but I don't know if the fatigue is only meant to be present during bouts of Afib. I suffer from chronic and debilitating fatigue all the time. If I over exert myself, then
