Flu jab

Hi, has anyone had any headache related reactions to the flu or pneumonia jabs? I had bad migrane s after the covid jabs, which lasted a long time. I've now been invited for the flu and pneumonia and worried it may do the same. Thanks for any advice.

I had the same thing, a major headache with the COVID shot.. at least the 1st shot. But the rest I did not have any reaction.

Me, too, but it was the other way around, first COVID shot just made me sleepy and I had the best nap I'd had in a very long time Unfortunately, I had a migraine after the second.

I haven't had a negative reaction to flu shots although I do seem to remember feeling flu-like symptoms. Luckily no migraine or headache.

Thankyou for your reply, I've booked in for my flu jab, as I would imagine the symptoms of flu would give me migraine too. I won't have anymore vivid jabs though!

I cannot honestly say, any vaccine has given me migraines. so far. I know others have experienced it but everyone is different. There are always other factors for me and I get headaches 3/4 times per week anyway.

Flu jab is fine, I think you shouldn’t be so fearful, it is beneficial.

Thanks Troy, I won't have anymore covid jabs, but think I'll have flu one, as I get some chest infection s in the winter and I'm also carer for my dad, so don't want him to get it from me.

The first 4 jabs left me with no problem except for a stiff arm for a couple of days, but the 5th jab back in October 2022 has left me with considerable fatigue and loss of libido. I certainly do not intend to have any more jabs.

Hi Tony thanks for your reply, think I'm just going to have flu one, but pass on others. I've had so many severe migranes since the covd jabs. ☹️
