Anyone had shingles vaccination while on ADT (Orgovyx and Zytega) ?

Any reaction to the first and second dose of the shingles vaccination?

no reaction at all. At the time on lupron and abiraterone

Had 2 shots for shingles whilst on Lupron, absolutely no problems

When I received the shingles vaccine I was on Lupron and Erleada/apalutamide I had no issues.

I got both shingles shots while on Lupron and Abiraterone. No reaction. It was recommended by my MO too.

No reaction while on Lupron. I still got shingles 4 years later.

What?! I was thinking once you get the vaccine you are good for at least 10 years! Obviously, not the case! I will anyway get the vaccine soon. THx

They are NOT a cure but if you get it anyway the severity is greatly reduced. So it pays to get the shots. Do not forget the flu and the other one.

Yes, and they say it would have been worse without the vaccine. It was bad enough with the vaccine.

No reaction - On Lupron and Nubeqa. My MO strongly suggested I get Shingles, COVID and Flu vaccine, which I have been getting. No issues with any.

I'm in UK, 74, had my shingles vaccination while on Zoladex and Enzalutamide. No reaction at all.
