Avoid anything that contains Chlorpheniramine Maleate, pseudoephedrine, phenergan or Diphenhydramine (Benadryl) or Doxylamine and you should be safe.

Don't take anything that is said to make you drowsy.So Night Nurse makes your legs far worse. Opt for Day Nurse.

Lemsip, or US equivalent, is OK.
