I am just another user of Thyroid UK so can't help, but it would help those that do know if you put the ranges beside each of the result ( ) so that it makes it easier for them. Sorry I can't help. All I do know is that your Vitamin D should be around 100. The rest although I have a rough idea am not an expert like so many others on here.

Sunflower535 ... Thank you! Does that mean I have to re-type it? How do I delete?

You don't have to delete what you've already typed.

Immediately below your post is the word "More". Click on it and then click on Edit.

Make your changes, add the reference ranges, then save your changes.

was test done early morning, ideally before 9am, only drinking water between waking and test and last dose levothyroxine 24 hours before test

Do you always get same brand levothyroxine at each prescription

Free T4 (fT4) 18.6 pmol/L (12 - 22) 66.0%

Free T3 (fT3) 3.9 pmol/L (3.1 - 6.8) 21.6%

assuming tested as recommended

How much levothyroxine are you taking

Shows you have room to increase dose Levo by 12.5mcg daily and retest in 6-8 weeks

Exactly what vitamin supplements are you taking

Vitamin D and folate are too low

SlowDragon ... Yes. Early morning (7.45am), drunk water and Levo taken 24 hrs before test.

Yes. Always same brand Levo (Teva). I take 100mcg Levothyroxine.

Do I ask GP to increase dose of Levo.? Is T3 low? (i.e. what does 21.6% indicate please?)

I take Vit. D3 4,000iu with 100ug K2 (MK7)

Vitamin C 500mg

Magnesium Glycinate 400mg

Potassium Citrate 99mg

I eat gluten free.

Looking at previous posts

You have Hashimoto’s and are lactose intolerant

Are you on lactose free levothyroxine

Teva or Vencamil

Are you also on gluten free diet
