This time I have a question about vitamins and supplements. I'm currently taking quite a cocktail in order to sort out my thyroid and because I'm trying to conceive. But I'm confused about which to take when, and which together/not together. This is my current routine:
First thing/middle of the night, on empty stomach - levo
Four hours + later, with food - B12 complex (incl folate), selenium, probiotics, collagen, inositol, digestive enzymes
With food later in the day - heme iron (every other day)
On an empty stomach later in the day - non heme iron (also every other day)
At bedtime, usually a few hours after eating - vitamin D+k2, magnesium and zinc
Is this alright? I have read conflicting things online about whether to take zinc and magnesium together - some say you definitely shouldn't, others say you should! And iron should be taken away from zinc/B12 complex right? Is it ok shortly before the magnesium/zinc/vit D/k2?
