After my recent blood test, I sent a message to my endo, he thinks bloodwork within range is ok. He may adjust my dose & starts if liothyronine t3 as well.

Should I be taking zinc & selenium? Which food & vitamins?

Biotin- I use shampoo with biotin & use hair spray boost with biotin & collagen.

I was taking Brazil nuts but I stopped.

I used to apply minoxidil but I stopped as u have to use for rest of life!

The hair loss has spread to the back and front too.

Thanks

Until ferritin level is improved you won’t know if hairloss is linked to low iron/ferritin

You could test zinc and selenium

Or simply try supplement 1-3 times a week
