Your FT3 is very low, but can't tell if that's because you're under-medicated (you probably are!) or because you're a poor converter without an FT4 reading.
Hair-loss could either be due to low T3 or low ferritin.
Your folate is rather low, so your B12 could be, too, and that could be the cause of your dizziness.
Your vit D is also very low.
But without full testing, it's difficult to say anything more.
This result is not very low, it is within the recommended range for the unit of measurement used.
With that reference range and the fact that you are in the US then the unit of measurement will be ng/ml and the Vit D Society, Grassroots Health and the Vit Council all recommend a level between 40 and 60ng/ml, with a recent blog post on Grassroots Health suggesting 50ng/ml. If the unit of measurement was the usual one for the UK, ie nmol/L, then yes it would be low because the recommended level with nmol/L is 100-150 which corresponds to 40-60ng/ml.
According to some experts, ferritin levels of at least 40 ng/ml are required to stop hair loss, while levels of at least 70 ng/ml are needed for hair regrowth. The optimal ferritin level for thyroid function is between 90-110 ng/ml.
