Help with test results.

Hi, I now have my results from blood tests. having had to fight tooth and nail I'm not sure if they have done all I needed. No mention of T3 or T4 or do they come under something else. Currently on levo 100mg and calciferol 800iu.

I need help to understand what this all means.
