Two things wrong with that phrase. a) as Armour contains T3, the dose should be the same every day. You cannot alternate with T3 as you can with T4. b) Armour - and all other forms of thyroid hormone replacement - are designed to be absorbed in the gut. The molecules are too large to pass the mucus membrains. They are intended to be swallowed.
So, you're taking around 3 grains of Armour, which gives you approximately 27 mcg T3 and 114 mcg T4. On that dose, it's not surprising that your TSH is low. That's what T3 does, it lowers/suppresses the TSH. But, that does not mean that you are over-medicated - or even adequately medicated. Your FT3 is only 52.63% through the range. If you swallowed your Armour and waited an hour before eating or drinking anything other than water, your level would probably rise.
Taking T3 also lowers FT4. But, again, if you took the Armour correctly, that too could rise.
Total T3 and rT3 are not tests that give you any useful information, so not point in testing.
Thyroglobulin antibodies 661 high
You have Hashi's. Did you know that?
Ferritin 67 38-380
Your ferritin is very low. Could warrant an iron panel, to find out what's going on.
Magnesium. 4.6. 4.0-6.4
Pointless testing magnesium due to the way the body handles magnesium. Most people are deficient because soils are low - hypos likely to be even more deficient.
Cortisol free 1.07 .07- .93
A blood test is not very reliable for cortisol. And besides, only tells you a small part of the story. You would do better to do a 24 hour saliva cortisol test, so that you know what's going on for the rest of the day.
Iodine 47 low 52-109
Why did you test iodine? Whatever you do, don't be tempted to supplement it yourself. Iodine is not something to mess around with. And, it's not a good thing to take if you have Hashi's. Besides, on 3 grains of Armour, you're already getting around 90 mcg iodine, which is recycled.
I take multiple vitamins
What exactly do you mean by that? Do you mean you take a multi-vit? If so, they are really not recommended for alsorts of reasons.
Thank you for the kind Info. Yes I do know I have hashi since I was diagnosed in June of 2017. How do I get my ferritin to go up ?
I will from this point take my armour properly and same dose day in and day out .
I had iodine tested because I deal with a functional doctor and they knew it has been low for a few years . Do you think it’s safer to leave my iodine numbers were they are or ask my doctor about some supplementation? I was taking an iodine pill once a week .
Is it ok to have my free t 4 so low always as long as free t 3 is in good part of the range?
And what are your thoughts on a suppressed tsh for long term , I’ve heard some say bad for heart ?! I do have palpitations from time to time mostly when I am thinking deeply about work or events or to do’s
What I meant when I said multiple vitamins is that I take individual ones such as vit c, vit d3 with mk7, b complex, ldn, and these are taken everyday and I also take the following rarely Or sometimes— potassium, Zinc, 5-htp, desiccated liver .
My estradiol levels have been just below the threshold and my functional doc says it’s still high for a man , results above in original post. Could my hashi be from estrogen issues ? Such thing?
Well, that seems to be the latest thinking. But, it's just a woolly theory at the moment, as far as I can see. Does the high oestrogen cause the Hashi's, or does the Hashi's cause the high oestrogen. I'm afraid I don't have any real answers.
Well, the dessicated liver should help. Perhaps you need to take it more often?

I think it's safer to leave your iodine as it is.
Is it ok to have my free t 4 so low always as long as free t 3 is in good part of the range?
That depends. Some people are fine with low FT4 as long as FT3 is good. Others need the FT4 higher. It depends how you feel.

Thing is, what are you going to do about a suppressed TSH? To raise it, you'd have to lower your thyroid hormone replacement to the point that it made you ill. And, that would be worse for your heart than a suppressed TSH! I don't believe that the TSH has anything to do with the heart. And, your palpitations are probably due to your lowish FT3.
