Vit B12- 663 R200-1100
Selenium 175 high, R63-160. I dont suppliment so why could this be high?
My labs from almost three months ago-->

Free T3 2.9 R 2.3-4.2
Free T4 0.7 LOW R 0.8-1.8

Testosterone Total - 564 R250-1100
Testosterone Free- 90.8 R35.0-155.0
- My palps have calmed a little and I think it has a lot to do with anxiety and maybe being hypo?
-My functional doctor says to drop from 135mg amour to 120 mg after my last bloods a week ago to see if palps decrease.
-They also said to increase iodine to three times a week because its so low.
--They said B12 is Low at 663 and said to start taking Methylcobalamin 1 tab daily. Not sure what this is, Havent had time to look into it yet.
--The last thing they recommend is to take my estrobalance plus everyday because high estrogen can cause anxiety and palpitations. ???
Thanks for all your time reviewing and sending me your thoughts.

You are under-medicated, your FT3 is far too low. And that is why you are having palps and anxiety. They are hypo symptoms.
Zinc- 80 R 60-130
Too low. You need to supplement that.
Magnesium- 5.1 R4.0-6.4
No point in testing due to the way the body handles magnesium. Your result is good but that doesn't mean you're not deficient. In your place, I'd just take some, anyway. Excess will be excreted.

This just goes to confirm what I've always believed, that functional doctors know less about thyroid than normal doctors! You have Hashi's. The last thing you need is iodine, even if it is low. You are getting iodine daily from your thyroid hormone replacement and your food. Plus you are using less as your thyroid isn't making hormone. I do not trust iodine tests. No-one has yet come up with one that is reliable.
Vit B12- 663 R200-1100
It isn't high. It's good.
Thyroglobulin Antibodies 267 HIgh R <=1

You have Hashi's.

Please see remarks above. He doesn't know what he's doing. You actually need an increase in dose, not a decrease.
-They also said to increase iodine to three times a week because its so low.
Absolutely not. Been there, done that, got no thyroid to prove it!

Methylcobalamin is B12. You do not need to supplement, your result is good. I won't hurt you, excess will be excreted. But, what a waste of money. And, if you take B12, you also need to take a B complex with it to balance the Bs.
I'm afraid I don't know much about sex hormones, but I would say, see to your thyroid hormones first, and the others should fall back into place.
Im not medically trained so if blood glucose levels are there please excuse. Thyroid and blood glucose levels are related and can both become an issue in thyroid patients. Palps could be due to blood glucose have you been eating sugars much, in tea coffee or other drinks. Do you drink a litre of water every day as dehydration can also contribute to palps. Also coffee has been identified as a palps establisher.
