Hi I’m going to try and do the B12 injections myself but I’m looking for the methylcobalamin B12 I’ve heard a lot of people buy it from Germany please could someone tell me where is a reputable place to purchase it from thank you

I recently switched to this formulation and had a couple of questions? One is about contamination - I have seen this come up a lot but the company did not give any advice about this in the instructions. Is contamination a real risk if I am only opening the vial to draw up, using a single use needle

I now realise I do need more so was looking to buy ampoules but saw patches on Amazon which have good reviews. 1200mg methylcobalamin plus folic acid. has anyone tried them? Opinions? thanks

Hi - I have just received a jar of Solgar methylcobalamin “nuggets” that I ordered from eBay as I’m a bit disorganised and wanted them quickly. I’ve not used them before, but have read that they come with a kind of wadding inside to stop damage in transit.

I have being taking, Liquid Drops 3000 mcg Methylcobalamin + Adenosylcobalamin. From Natures Way. It is in 3000 mcg per dropping under the tongue. I have tried tablet form Methylcobalamin also.

For example, one month I take the hydroxocobalamin injection and the next month i take the methylcobalamin injection?

I need to purchase methylcobalamin ampoules, does anyone have a good source for good quality stuff. I get adenosylcobalalimin from Arnika but not sure if they do it......they are very busy at the moment and take a while to reply? Can you still buy from Hevert and do they do it?

I've been injecting methylcobalamin monthly for about 6 years successfully after being diagnosed with PA. Over the last few months I started getting some neuropathy in my fingers again. I suspect that my methylcobalamin mix had lost its potency.

Hi, I ordered Methylcobalamin from Arnika in Germany and they said that it will be shipped next week. According to the weather report it will be around +30 Celsius/86 F in Munich next week, very hot. Usually it takes 3-4 days for a package to arrive in Holland.

She has recommended a few supplements that she think will help, one of which is a B complex, which includes folate, and also some Methylcobalamin. I have notice my pee is now neon yellow, which I know is not major a concern as it is probably the extra B12 being got rid of.

The tablets I've seen claim to have 1000 micrograms of methylcobalamin which I know is a slightly different compound to the injections. Anyway just thinking this could be a much easier way to go for me if it works in addition to the 3 monthly injections that the doctor won't increase.

I have to take a shot of Methylcobalamin daily. The Israelis recommend taking a shot a day for 3 months as that is how long it takes for the blood cells to recover from the damage PA does. What I don’t have is the initial load dose.

It felt much like when I take one tablet of the 2000mg Methylcobalamin and Adenosylcobalamin sublingually. Sort of stable, able to function but not as energetically as hoped. New doc offered to order any tests she can do and to send me to another hematologist for those she can't.

I've just changed to the igennus b12 sublingual as I get on very well with their super-b complex. reading the label I notice it contains methylcobalamin, adenosylcobalamin and hydroxocobalamin, the previous b12 supp I used didn't have hydroxocobalamin - what is it?

Concerned I supplemented liquid methylcobalamin for 3 months. Waited threw months and tested again. Serum had shot up again but active still only at 48. Doesn't this mean I have absorbtion issue if the serum goes up but thr active doesn't?

I do better injecting methylcobalamin. Does anyone know of anywhere that will supply UK. All help appreciated Xx
