It looks like your vitamin D is below optimum range. Yours is 40.3nmol and the bottom of the lab range you give is 50nmol which suggests you are deficient. Generally it's thought that somewhere mid-range is best. Your folate is also low which can be corrected by eating some folate rich food every day.
Not sure why FT4 is low but maybe because you have sufficient thyroid hormone? FT3 is in range and TSH normal for someone not taking thyroid hormone and without thyroid disease. Your thyroid may function more efficiently if you correct nutritional deficiencies.
I'm a bit confused about the thyroid antibodies lab ranges as they don't usually start at zero. And your result just says less than rather than exact measurement. Not sure if this means you have antibodies or not??? Maybe someone else can clarify. It could make a difference to interpretation of low FT4.
