HASHIMOTO -HAIR LOSS - INTENSE ANXIETY -AND NDT

I was diagnosed with Hashimoto 9 years ago, I have been taking from 75mg up to 125 mg of Levothyroxine during all this time, ( during 8 months 1 1/2 years ago I took a mix of 12.5 mcg cynommel + 100 mg levothyroxine my result was : tsh = 0.01 ) and I felt with more energy but i always felt bad specially the intense anxiety, so i stopped it, and i began again since 8 months ago with 125 mg levothyroxine under this last medication this were my last tests results 15 days ago = TSH= 4.57(O.50-5.00 ) ....T4 FREE= 1.08 (0.80-1.80)...T3 FREE= 3.1 (2.0-4.5)...REVERSE T3= 1.99 (1.50-3.50)....TRIGOGLOBULIN =22.7 (0 -115) ...MICROSOMALES (TPO)=93.0 (0.35)(this tests were taken one day before I started NDT....)

so after years searching i got the NDT Armour , and since 7 days ago, and I just started with 30 mg NDT ( and during this week I feel more energy in comparasion with only levo ), also I have been taking since 1 year ago selenium, zinc, magnesium, biotin, vitD 3= 5000 UI , vit C 1gr , B12 from time to time, an Adrenal support vitamins , and I managed to make my frybomialgia and cramps almost dessapear by taking this supplements, but ALL THIS TIME I continued with intense anxiety, and no desires to do anything, and brain fog, and severe hair loss, this last item was stronger this last months and worries me very much ,I would greatly appreciate if you could give me some advices on how to stop the hair loss, the anxiety, and to lose weigth, (I also have Diabetes since 1 year ago, and urinary infections very often during the last 7 years, acid reflux etc) as you can see my health is complicating more each day..PLease help!

obviously you need to get your thyroid under control first, but do u have any idea what your serum ferritin is? I just ask because hair loss obviously links to the hypo, but both also can link to low iron.

I had the worst anxiety and hair loss when hypo. Your tsh is high for someone on treatment. Perhaps when you were taking t3/t4 last year you were on a little too much. I'd aim for a dose high enough to get your tsh down below 2 and see how you feel.

Just as an aside, is it possible to break down the info above so it is a bit easier to understand? Maybe separate paragraphs for each period of time, with the approx dates as a heading for each paragraph? Just an idea. I had to reread it a few times to get it and I'm not sure still if I understand. But obvs brain fog can make these things difficult, I do understand.
