Please could I have advice on blood test results before phone consultation.

These are my latest blood test results. There are 2 sets for this year as the T3 (and folate) had 'insufficient sample', so the nurse practitioner asked for more tests.

November 2013

TSH less than 0.05 (0.35 – 5.5)

Serum free T3 4.8 pmol/L (3.5 – 6.5)

Serum free T4 17.6 pmol/L (9.0 - 22.7)

Sept 2013

Serum free T4 – 18.1

TSH less than 0.05 (0.35 – 5.50)

Vit D 186

Serum ferritin 299

B 12 - 1091

October 2012

TSH 0.07

T4 - 19

T3 - 4.4

Vit D - 35

Vit B12 - 474

folate – 7.4

After starting Vit D and B supplements last year I felt brilliant for the first few months of the year. Then spring arrived with lethargy, swollen legs and general grottiness. The swollen legs have gone but I cannot work out how to get back to how I felt at the beginning of the year. It was so good to feel well and have energy!

So any comments on the results above would be appreciated. I have had a missed call and a letter from my surgery asking me to contact the nurse practitioner who asked for these tests. I have no idea where she stands on the 'TSH test' so would like opinions before I speak to her.

Sorry should have said that I take alternate 125/150 levo and have been hypo for nearly 20 years. Have been trouble free for most of those years, but I seem to feel ill more often these days.

Spoke to nurse practitioner this morning, she was happy to stay on current dose despite supressed TSH.

But T4 seems to be falling, is this OK?
