Tingling feet
I don’t have recent blood tests but also supplement with multiple B (not high doses as my b12 has been over range in the past although I know this is sometimes misleading and could reveal a deficiency)
Zinc
, selenium, folate, curcumin, liposomal vitamin c, lutein, meso-zeazanthin , vitamin d.

Folic acid and calcium question
I take folic acid daily as well as
zinc
, selenium and vitamin D. Should I stop taking folic acid now until next week? Is it the same as B12? Also is it ok to eat dairy/drink a flat white coffee 2 hours after Levo ingestion??

Very encouraging performance by a chemical analogue of T3 in stabilising FT3 by those who take T3
A metal coordinated form of LT3, known as poly-
zinc
-liothyronine (PZL), avoided in rats the typical T3 peak seen after oral administration of LT3.

Please advise on test results. Should I increase Levo?
Earlier, my Dr had suggested to start taking
zinc
so I tested them both with copper. What is an optimal range and ratio for zn/cu? Huge thanks for any advice! ❤️

ingredients in supplements
Hi all, i've realised I probably need more
zinc
, now i'm aware that sweeteners can be a bad thing all the time but some of the supplements have no sweeteners but they do have microcrystalline cellulose, sorbitol or magnesium stearate. Are these ok with Hashimotos?

Please help me with my latest blood results - confused and disappointed
I started taking vit D, selenium and
zinc
all around 3/4 hours after levo. I don't take iron or calcium supplements. I had all my vitamins checked approx 5-6 weeks ago and they all came back optimal/well within range except vitamin D which is why I'm supplementing.

Struggling with my medication doses.
I've recently started supplementing magnesium,vitamin c,
zinc
, vitamin D bitoin with a multivitamin. I'm wondering whether it may be worth buying a private test to check T3 and vitamin levels, or how to push for a endo refferal with GP.

Help with my results please. Also antibodies have gone down?
I also take vitamin D,
zinc
, selenium, iron, magnesium, omega, callogen, and vitamin C supplements. I still don't feel great and am losing a lot of my hair (I'm a 42 year old female). Any help interpreting this is appreciated. My GP refuses to increase my levo. Many thanks :)

Is my only answer RAI or a thyroidectomy?
I have really tried to do everything right from taking all the recommended supplements (selenium, Mg,
Zinc
, vit D, L-carnitine...) to major dietary changes (no gluten, cow dairy, sugar, alcohol, limiting fish...)

Test results, opinion please
I take B12, D+K2, magnesium, b-complex, C,
zinc
, selenium, probiotics. Also LDN. Test fasting, 9.30am, levo taken after Same brand, Northstar Appt with endo in couple weeks. He suggested last time that T3 might be needed. But given that it is in top 1/3rd of range, would this be useful?

Diabetic Toothpaste ? Yes, you have read correctly , Colgate , the world leader in Toothpaste, now has launched a Toothpaste for Diabetes.
But perhaps the only useful ones are Sodium mono fluoro phosphate and potassium nitrate , and
zinc
oxide......needless to say that when you use such toothpaste , the synthetic chemical additives are absorbed through your tongue and mouth and may enter our blood stream and may cause undesirable side
