Zinc/Copper ratio test

can anyone advise where to get a zinc/copper ratio test please ?

I explored this before and will share my experience . I found it extraordinary hard to find a physician who even knew what the zinc copper ratio was and how it effected health . Even than the one that did muddled up the calculations. In the end I found a good zinc copper balanced supplement ( had both in the capsule in the appropriate ratio) as my research pointed out the tests are not that great to begin with. Chelated zinc and copper both better for absorption .. I couldn’t get those so mixed in protein shake for same effect.

RBC Copper test and RBC zinc test were the best at the time of my research , however i did touch base with a researcher in the US who told me WBC copper and zinc were far superior but unavailable to wider public. Also mentioned that any sort of inflammation would skew copper results off entirely …

So again, I settled on supplementing with a good quality zinc copper balanced capsule rather than expensive, misunderstood and sometimes inaccurate testing

Great Plain Laboratory in the US do this test. I am in the UK and have used them for other tests. I think they send to Regenerus Labs for analysis.

I haven't had the copper/zinc test and if you check out the sample report you will see it is probably complicated enough to require a practitioner for interpretation.
