Low sperm➡️No sperm➡️Some sperm
In keeping with my desperate attempts to remain optimistic and treat each little success as actually a big victory, we had some good news today! Hurrah. Having found out mid-March that my husband has a low sperm count (less than 2 million - too low to detail mobility and morphology etc), we were pretty

getting myself in a tizz
I saw an endo specialist privately end of Feb. He said over 50% chance I have it. But, couldn't feel any nodules on physical examination. My CA 125 came back fine. Since then I have been supplementing with magnesium, selenium and zinc. I also tried pre-loading my painkillers a few days before for this

Holland & Barrett mega vitamin time release
If any of you knowledgeable people have the time, could you please look through this list of what’s in H&B mega vits and tell me if there’s anything I shouldn’t be taking. I’m hypothyroid with antibodies and on levothyroxine. I take one of these vits everyday at lunchtime and take my Levo at approx

RLS Help, no drugs
When I first developed RLS 10 years ago I got rid of it by limiting saturate fat in my diet and completely cutting out gluten. Gluten was the big trouble-maker (I made repeated attempts to check this out, it all confirmed it). However, I developed it again in a big way when I cut dairy out of my diet

Diet
Hello! I'm just wondering if anyone has been given advice on what they should or shouldn't eat in both leading up to egg collection and after transfer? Our clinic hasn't mentioned anything to us apart from me taking Folic Acid and Hubby a multi vit tablet with Zinc. Our diets are normally pretty good

“Interesting” blood test results
Crikey, this journey does sometimes feel like 2 steps forward and one back based on some recent blood test results. If anyone has read my recent posts I have majored on getting supplements right and happily have the important ones now in sensible ranges: ferritin, D, iron, magnesium. Except zinc is

MIGRAINE SUMMIT Notes - NON MEDICINAL TREATMENTS
ROBERT COWAN - NATURAL TREATMENTS. FROM THE CURRENT MIGRAINE SUMMIT. CONTINUES TODAY https://www.migraineworldsummit.com I thought these notes from his talk were interesting for people to see. He talked about non-medical treatments, a really interesting chat for those of us who don't want to swallow

Deciphering results
I am relatively new to this condition and really would like to understand what is the best way forward in managing the meds. My GP seems to think 71 years is as good as don't bother. I may be 71 in years but not anywhere else. what are the relevant results for optimum dosage please. Serum

Zinc and weight loss
https://udaipurtimes.com/honey-zinc-shrunk-my-waist-line/ There are occasionally posts here about the challenges of losing weight with an under par thyroid. Having dosed up well on zinc and then stopped for 3 months and now use 20mg chelated zinc within a multi vit, I would say zinc is just as critical
