DHEA Update
Well had a scan at 8+5w the sac was abnormal the worse out of the 3 pregnancies I really thought taking these supplements had worked as I got pregnant quickly. So obviously we’re devastated but maybe abit desensitised as we tried not to attach ourselves emotionally to this pregnancy. 😢 I've read through

Hypo Male 40 years old
Hi , I got diagnosed about a year ago with hypothyroidism (from bloods) and started to take levothyroxine , I started off at 25 and now take 50. Now ... I don't feel any better for taking ... probably the only side effect that has stopped is palpitations . I still can't think clearly, I'm still sensitive

Needed a treat!!
Evening everyone 🤗 Thank you for your kind support. After the hospital ordeal, I went to Les Halles de Paul Bocuse, it’s a market. There was a fish bar, I had a sole, two small glasses of white wine, and a tiramisu. I enjoyed every bite and sip! Opposite there was this mural painting of the chef himself

Worries about supply of T3
I previously posted about switching to T3 only. I have been doing okay on it / main positive is my brain fog has improved , my hair is no longer falling out but not grown back, and my body is not as achey as it was. However, I have not lost any of weight I previously gained even though I eat well (low

Latest bloods... and increase - thoughts?
Firstly apologies as I’ve already posted a version of this question yesterday, (Thanks to angel for your reply.) however my dr has advised an increase in levo and I’m a bit wary. Some days I seem to get symptoms of over medication, ie, head and ear pressure, dizziness etc and when I was last on a dose

Most recent blood test results...have 1st endo appt on Tuesday....
I’m on 75mcg of levo but feel dreadful still. Super exhausted in the morning, ringing in my ears, palpitations, hair falling out easily when washing it... I was gluten free but didn’t feel any better so reverted back to my old diet. This is the highest my TSH has been since I’ve been tested. Even at

Latest bloods - thoughts?
I’m considering T3.... what are people thoughts on my latest bloods? Would it help? I just can’t seem to make that final jump in consistent energy levels and some days I’m still very symptomatic. Others I’m fine but always terrible brain fog. I’m continuing to supplement with B12, b complex, iron, Vit

Supplements - does this sound right?
Firstly thank you to those who have replied to my posts so far. I have spent the past few weeks reading a lot and getting my head in a muddle but I think I have a plan. As my doctor is not interested in my physical health I guess it is up to me and although I don’t like taking any type of pills I think

New results - thoughts?
I’ve just received my latest results. I’m currently 175mcg levo and have been since increasing from 150mcg about 6 weeks ago. After the increase, I immediately felt a LOT better but sadly this only lasted about three weeks before my symptoms returned. I (most days) suffer from muscle weakness, random
