Actions that have helped my fatigue other than B12 shots
I recently did two things that seem, thus far, to have made a huge difference in my energy level. I'd been tracking my energy level, and discovered that it has little correlation to my cyanocobalamin injections. I was increasing my jabs to 2-3x/week with little, if any, improvement, so I looked into

Lab results, any tips, advice etc is very welcome!
Hi all, Today I visited the endocrinologist. This was the second time I went to this one, after getting stuck with previous internists who only were willing to treat upon TSH and FT4. I I'm on 0.1375 levothyroxine and 4 times a day 5 mcg liotyronine. I still have lots of hypo symptons, most problematic

How long do I have to leave between zinc and NDT?
How long do I have to leave between zinc and NDT or can they be taken together? I was advised to take zinc picolinate at night (previously took zinc sulphate). I want to take NDT at bedtime but don't know if I can take zinc at the same time. I've Googled it but couldn't find an answer. TIA for any advice

Bad Taste
I've been having hemodialysis treatments for about 6 months. I'm 77 years old and otherwise doing well. My kidney problems began after a bad infection in my lungs and kidneys. Since my illness, food has tasted nasty and I'm finding it difficult to eat as I should. Up until the illness, I had a good appetite

Iron and low red cell count
Please tell me whatever you know about supplements like Ferrous Sulfate 325 milligram tablets, or Iron 65mg tablets, and if it helps boost red cell counts. My oncologist says supplements wont help. If you disagree with him, post your opinion please.

Cramp
Hello you lovely lot, I wondered if any of you suffer with this. it is severe cramp in the upper part of my neck, on the right hand side, leading to my ear. It goes on and on and lasts several minutes where my head becomes immobile. It continues like this for possibly a whole day, with breaks in between

Salty goo and electrolyte imbalance
I guess many have seen twitchytoes's posts about salty goo. After personally experiencing something like that I decided to try to find out what might be going on, away from all the obvious labels. It seems that chronic dehydration will cause this but often it cannot be relieved just by drinking water

Hyper to hypothyroidism, anxiety, anemia and low kidney function..
I was diagnosed at 16 with hyperthyroidism and was put on carbimazole and propranolol to help lower my heart rate. I was taken off the approximately 3/4 years later and given radioactive therapy to shrink a growth on my thyroid. I was advised that this could mean I may become under active eventually.
