Low iron due to UC
My last lot of blood tests indicated my iron levels were low. Prescribed Ferrous fumarate and ferrous sulphate. When i do manage to go to the toilet, its black and most of the time its a struggle. Also i pass a dark watery fluid with wind. Is this normal?

Ferrous sulphate tablets 200mg - any advice much appreciated
Hi, I had my iron levels checked which came back as ferritin: 8 ug/L and given a prescription for ferrous sulphate 200mg. The box is saying to take 2-3 times a day on an empty stomach, or avoiding certain foods (milk, grains, tea, coffee) I'm pregnant and having extreme nausea and sickness, nibbling

Testosterone Injections
I recently had my blood sample taken and results reviewed by the Men's Health Clinic. They couldn't do anything for me because my testosterone levels were in the 'normal' range (specifics below). To be honest they didn't take me seriously from first contact due to me not being in the 50+ age bracket,

Timings of medications
I’m wondering if it’s a good idea to take medication n supplements together at the same time (in the morning) coz if I don’t, I forget to take later in the day. Or is it better to space them out? Which supplements can be take together with dopamine to increase on time? I am on sinemet 100/25 tds, selegiline

Zinc dipicolinate can be used to smuggle zinc into prostate cancer cells

News that worried us and studies that gave us hope (04/2022).
This is the information that gave us hope while my father was alive and has given hope to many since then (March 2012). 1. News that worried us. In the coming decades the number of Parkinson's disease patients is feared to increase very worryingly, to double by 2030 (Dorsey 2007) and even to triple

Curcumin New Promising MPN Study
Heads up , this post is dense, long, and detailed. -- There is a great thread going, initially about NAC supplement. It veered to Curcumin with Hunter's always knowledgeable influence. https://healthunlocked.com/mpnvoice/posts/147802945/nac-supp-continued?responses=147812549 Hunter referenced a study
