Where can I get my mineral levels tested?
I test bloods, including vitamins and iron, regularly. But I have no idea what my zinc and magnesium etc. levels are. Is there a home test kit I can use that doesn't cost the earth?

Asking for blood tests
I’be been on levotyroxine for eight years now and have not had major issues. I’ve put on weight in the last 18 months, from overeating due to stress. Putting on weight is easy, but losing it seems impossible. I am 47 years old, so perimenopause can play a role, but I am asking doctor for blood test

Last Wednesday (26th July) I had my 3 monthly blood test in relation to my Myelofibrosis and asked for my Ferrittin level and TSATS to be checked also.
