thyroid nodules across thyroid

I have thyroid nodules across thyroid after seeking a private scan. They are very small but I would like to know what I can do to control them.

thyroid function is within optimal range no thyroid medications ever pesccribes.

Thyroid antibodies for both tests. 377 increased from 200 after quitting gluten and numerous gut issues after a medication side effect.

vitamin d 80 optimal

B12 over range 150 + according to medichecks and gp was over range. I don’t supplement. Last b12 supplement was November.

Ferritin low 32

Folate within range.

zinc last year was 10 points below doctors range

Could you post your exact results for thyroid and vitamins? Within range can mean many things and often not normal at all. If you have positive antibodies then your thyroid function is likely reduced.
