Considering cutting out zinc and magnesium, for now.
Going to try to slowly take things out to see if theyre effecting. Took B6 out, and hand + face numbness is disappearing.

Hi all I'm new to this forum and really don't quite know how to navigate here- I keep reading posts from 2 years ago and thinking is anybody out there now- anyway just wanted to connect with others on this very bizarre journey. Mine is typical story, over 4 years my health steadily declined combined

Antibiotics and vitamins and levothyroxine (Hashimoto sufferer)
Hi I have been diagnosed with cellulitis of my ear and prescribed the antibiotic Clarithromycin twice a day for a week. I don't think I've had antibiotics since I started taking Levo for Hashimoto's, so I wondered: A) how far apart from Levo should I take the antibiotic? B) will the antibiotic interfere
